1 can (15 oz) chickpeas (rinsed and dried)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Ingredients

Notes:

Sweet Version: Swap paprika/garlic for cinnamon and nutmeg.
Storage: Store in a sealed container or paper bag to maintain crispness.

Roasted Chickpeas

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
3. Crucial Step: Thoroughly dry the chickpeas with a paper towel.
4. Toss the chickpeas with olive oil and spices.
5. Spread in a single layer and roast for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway, until crunchy.
