Meet The Protein Pixie

 

Hi there! I'm Michelle Gerber. My background includes a Dietetic degree from South Africa and many years of experience within the corporate healthcare sector. My path took a personal turn when I experienced early menopause after a surgical intervention. This, combined with seeing the struggles of countless women, reignited my passion for nutrition and focused it squarely on helping women navigate the unique challenges of peri- and post-menopause. I've since dedicated myself to understanding the science...

 

I have completed multiple courses specifically focused on menopause nutrition. And because I truly believe in the power of movement, I'm currently pursuing my personal training certification to further enhance the well-rounded advice I can offer.

 

I live in beautiful Surrey, UK, with my husband, daughter, and a furry family member, our dog. When I'm not reading or writing – you might find me out running or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. Having lived in multiple countries before settling here, I've learned the importance of adaptability and finding what works best for one, does not necessarily work best for all.
