3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup 0% Greek yoghurt
Handful of ice
1/2 medium banana
2 tablespoons high protein granola
2 teaspoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
1 teaspoon honey (optional)

This recipe is inspired by my "secret spot" in Greece. There is this little cafe with the most beautiful views, delicious food and the friendliest people. Eating this bowl in the hot summer is memorable, so I brought a version of it home.

Soirée Bowl

1. In a blender, blend the frozen berries together with the Greek yogurt and ice. Blend to a smooth and icy consistency.
2. Place the blended mixture into a bowl and top with the banana, granola, chia seeds and coconut.
3. If using the honey, add this to the top
