Overnight Protein Oats

1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup skimmed milk*
1 scoop protein powder
1 teaspoon honey
Pinch of cinnamon
1/4 cup blackberries
6 almonds chopped

Notes:

* Use your preferred milk for this recipe or Greek yogurt is an excellent option too.

Overnight Protein Oats

1. Mix oats with milk and protein powder
2. Add honey and cinnamon and mix together
3. Place in the fridge overnight
4. In the morning add the berries and the chopped almonds
