1 avocado, diced
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1/2 small bunch cilantro
2 tbsp lime juice
Salt & pepper to taste

Notes:

This salsa is delicious when paired with salmon or with chicken. It also makes an excellent addition to any "bowl food" that you are preparing. Boost the protein content with some black beans.
