1/2 C 0% Greek Yoghurt
2 T light mayonnaise
2 T Dijon mustard
2 boiled eggs
1/2 C celery, chopped
1/4 C red onion, chopped
Fresh Dill

Stop fearing carbs! The secret isn't restriction; it's the macro-balance. Eating for health shouldn't only mean eating lettuce!
Tip: Cook your potatoes the night before and let them cool - this creates "resistant starch" which is amazing for your gut health and for a more stable blood sugar. Keeping the skins on of the potatoes also contributes to a higher fibre content.
