Greek Yoghurt Banana Bread
1 loaf (60 g serving)

3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1/2 C Greek Yoghurt
2 T honey
1 C plain flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 C skimmed milk

This is the perfect snack to stop those 3PM slumps.

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. Line a bread tin with baking paper.
3. In a large bowl, add the eggs, honey and Greek Yoghurt to the mashed bananas and mix well.
4. Add the flour and baking powder to the wet mixture and mix together.
5. Lastly, add the skimmed milk to the mixture.
6. Place the dough into the baking tin and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
