Chicken & Broccoli Sheet Pan

600g chicken breasts, cubed
1 head broccoli, break into florets
1 red pepper, sliced
For the sauce:
3 T soya sauce
1 T honey
1/2 T sriracha
1 1/2 T grated ginger
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 t sesame oil

I am always looking for quick ways to hit my nutrition goals and a sheet pan is definitely the way to go. All the ingredients onto an oven tray and into the oven.
I enjoy eating this with sticky rice.

1. Heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. Whisk sauce ingredients together.
3. Place the chicken, broccoli and red pepper onto an oven tray.
4. Pour over half the sauce and mix together with the chicken, broccoli and red pepper.
5. Bake for 20 mins.
6. Add the remaining sauce and grill until sticky.
