40 g oats
200 ml unsweetened almond milk
25 g vanilla protein powder
pinch cinnamon
10 g light squirty cream (optional)

Notes:
Extra sprinkle of cinnamon on top = proper cinnamon-bun vibes.

1. Place the oats and milk + pinch of cinnamon in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Microwave on high for 90 seconds (stir halfway if you like).
3. Stir in 25 g vanilla or cinnamon protein powder straight away (it dissolves perfectly while hot).
4. Top with a swirl of light squirty cream (or a dollop of 0 % Greek yoghurt if you prefer).
