1 scoop vanilla/chocolate protein powder
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
¼ banana
Pinch of Maldon sea salt (trust me)
½ cup ice
1 tbsp peanut butter powder (optional)

Notes:
I love to eat this as a dessert, with a spoon - real comfort food. It also tides me over until dinner when I get hungry in the afternoon.

1. Place all the ingredients into a blender.
2. Start with the powders (trust me). It can get messy.
3. Blend until well mixed.
